What you will enjoy doing*

• You will answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers
• Process payments is part of your role
• Make credit release decisions following procedures as stated in The Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. way
• Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution
• You will also make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts and perform outbound collections calls in support of credit release procedures
• Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary
• Also, you will assist team in meeting inbound service level standards

What makes you great

• You hold HS diploma / GED
• More than two years (2+) Credit & Collections experience is required for this role
• Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• You have computer experience in Word and Excel
• Customer service skills suit your profile, as well as effective verbal communication skills
• Working successfully in a team environment
