- We provide our agents with 10-15 tangible showing opportunities every month. These are clients actively scheduling appointments and expressing genuine interest in purchasing a home—some of the warmest leads available in real estate.
- Our compensation plan allows agents to realistically earn $100k+ annually. Unlike many brokerages, we provide not only the leads but also the training and ongoing support to achieve this.

New team members typically open 2-3 escrows monthly within their first 60 days. We convert hundreds of transactions annually from online leads, and we're just getting started.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
