Responsibilities: Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant Build and maintain a positive culture and friendly environment Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members Lead team as a coach and mentor Support the development of a high performing team Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures Hands on management in a fun, fast paced environment Qualifications: Able to travel- This location is not yet open and all training will be at our West Carrollton location at 1100 E Dixie Dr, West Carrollton, OH 45449 Strong work ethic Excited to come to work!
