About Us CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We help adults 40+ stay active, healthy, and mobile without relying on pain pills, injections, or surgery. Our specialties include: Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method) Pilates-based rehab and movement Cutting-edge regenerative technologies like Shockwave Therapy (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT While experience in any of these areas is a major plus — full training and mentorship are provided in all of our specialties — so you can feel confident building mastery no matter where you’re starting from.
