Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities

Patient Experience

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust by communicating clearly and respectfully.
• Protect patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
  

Admin istrative Operations

• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collect payments and process routine administrative tasks.
• Support daily office operations and maintain an organized front office.

Team Support

• Communicate effectively with providers and teammates.
• Follow established systems and procedures.
• Assist other team members as needed to support the success of the practice.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
