$30 $60+ PER HOUR + UNCAPPED FLAG HOURS

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair GM vehicles fast and right the first time

• Handle advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, CAN systems, ADAS basics)

• Perform inspections and full system evaluations

• Execute maintenance: brakes, fluids, alignments, tune-ups

• Own your jobs from write-up to final road test

• Keep comebacks low and productivity high

• Document clean, accurate repair orders

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum 4+ years dealership or high-level independent experience REQUIRED

• GM experience preferred not required if you can produce

• ASE certifications a plus (we help you level up)

• Strong diagnostic ability with modern scan tools

• Must have your own tools

• Flat-rate mindset you are here to turn hours and make money
