What You'll Do
- Assist customers with roadside emergencies, repair approvals, and insurance claims
- Manage rental requests and trip interruption inquiries
- Use internal systems to move service requests forward
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective support
- Work on claims administration calls
- Assist with passenger transport
