Join Ideal Ready Mix as a Plant Manager to manage the plant, ensure qualities delivers, and guide your team to success. What You'll Do Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies Maintain trucks, equipment, and keep plant facilities in top condition Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries Requirements High school diploma or GED (Preferred) Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record 2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes Leadership experience and strong communication skills Why Ideal?
