Hiring for Level II IT Support Technician

INA Solution Inc

Job title: Level II IT Support Technician
Schedule: 6 Month contract
Location: San Antonio, TX

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows operating system issues.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and printer/printing problems.
Maintain and improve computer performance.
Provide technical support both onsite and remotely using remote desktop tools.
Perform computer imaging and deploy computer equipment to end users.
Experience: 2 5 years of IT troubleshooting experience with Windows.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification and experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) .
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
