*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *Customer*
*Service Representative* to join our Clifton Park team. This role is
essential to delivering the highquality service our customers expect. You'll
be the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers, helping
them with service requests, billing questions, and general support.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, service changes, or service discontinuation.
* Accept and process customer payments.
* Research and resolve billing inquiries; update customer account information as needed.
* Communicate with customers and internal teams to determine service requirements and resolve issues or complaints.
* Provide costeffective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions to customer service challenges.
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton Park, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
