Front Desk & Customs Entry Associate Full-time Regular, Laredo, TX Salary Range: $13.00 to $15.00 Hourly Position Front Desk & Customs Entry Associate Position Code TMT-JD-59 Reports to Customs & Inventory Coordinator Supervisory Duties No Position Objective Responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception experience for drivers and visitors at the facility, while supporting the Customs department with the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512). Position Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Verify driver documentation (ID, license, carrier paperwork) and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed. Coordinate with yard/operations personnel to communicate driver arrivals and facilitate timely dispatch. Maintain visitor/driver logs and ensure accurate recordkeeping of daily traffic. Keep the front desk/reception area organized and presentable. Assist in the preparation and processing of In-Bond entries (Form 7512) under the guidance of the Customs department. Gather, organize, and verify supporting documentation needed for customs entries. Maintain organized digital and physical files of customs documentation for audit readiness. Escalate discrepancies or compliance concerns to the Customs Coordinator in a timely manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
