Field Service Representative
Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. In this customer-facing role, you will provide technical expertise and hands-on support for landing gear, wheels, brakes, systems, and equipment at a major aircraft final assembly line operating in a Part 21G environment. You will play a critical role in supporting aircraft delivery schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing Safran's commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities: As a Field Service Representative, your main task will be to prepare, perform and record interventions on Aircraft such as:
- Diagnose and correct defects, discrepancies, or damage reported by the customer
- Embodiment of design change or specific upgrades and retrofits
- Removal and replacement of components
- Completion of travelled work
- Execution of vendor assist (customer requested support)
You will represent Safran Landing Systems to our customers and maintain a professional image in line with Safran standards. You will be part of a local team of 7 Field Service Representatives located in proximity to our customers' facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly at an aircraft final assembly line, collaborating with customer personnel, engineering teams, and field support specialists while gaining exposure to advanced landing system technologies.
