What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for inpatient surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Cover shifts scheduled for diverse surgical cases, ensuring patient safety
• May be required to work at satellite facility Holy Family, located 15 minutes away
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care
• Adhere to all safety and healthcare protocols
• Assist with urgent and emergent anesthesia needs as required

What You Need

• Valid, active, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in Washington State (or eligible)
• DEA certification
• At least 4 weeks per month availability, with a minimum of 3 shifts/week
• Trauma or high-volume surgical experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
