Business Systems Analyst

Job TitleDay to Day ResponsibilitiesIdentify, elicit, and document business requirements and needs into required artifacts by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter expertsIdentify potential risks in business processes and recommend mitigationsDevelop end-to-end process documentation, current & future stateAssist in the development of initiative measurement plansProcess optimization through evaluating and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiencyProvide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to find trends, inefficiencies, and/or opportunities for improvementSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assisting in testing solutions to ensure they meet the requirements before full deploymentAct as a change agent, supporting teams through transitions and adoption of new processes or technologiesDrive stakeholder communication; acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignmentDevelop, prepare and analyze reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of managementAnalyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommend interventions where appropriateRequired Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):Expert in eliciting business requirements including operational controlsExpert in User Acceptance TestingExperience with change management as a discipline.
