Every Other Weekend scheduled off Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record ADLs, reporting any changes to nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems for patient records management. Support residents fostering a compassionate environment and good customer service. Collaborate with healthcare inter-disciplinary teams to enhance patient service and care quality. Applicants must be an CNA, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre-employment background check.
