Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Healthcare Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the validity of various credentials and health histories necessary for onboarding and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Verify professional licenses and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of health history, including immunizations and health statements.
• Complete and verify required professional documentation, including education and employment history.
• Ensure timely completion of competency exams and skills checklists.
• Conduct drug screening and background checks in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Assist with the submission of necessary onboarding paperwork.

Qualifications

• Possession of relevant healthcare licenses or certifications as required by the role.
• Documentation of MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccinations.
• Completion of a fit test and any additional health assessments as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Health History Requirements

• Two-step PPD test or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot).
• COVID-19 vaccination status, if applicable.

Professional Requirements

• Successful completion of I-9 attestation and Social Security trace as required.
• Completion of fingerprinting and criminal background checks.
• Submission of a badge photo and prior employment form.
