Care Navigator RN for Substance Abuse
MVHC
MVHC is seeking a Substance Abuse RN Navigator to collaborate with the care team and community partners. You will provide clinical care, leadership, and quality improvement in screening, referral, and treatment for patients in the Substance Abuse Treatment Program. The role requires RN licensure in Ohio, 3–5 years of RN experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient-centered care and smooth navigation #J-18808-Ljbffr MVHC
