Call center agent (remote)

Are you a customer service professional looking for a rewarding, fully remote job opportunity? A premier Arizona agency is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents-with a preference for Spanish speakers but not required-to handle inbound inquiries regarding individual and business accounts. To qualify, you must live within one hour of Phoenix or Tucson, possess at least one consecutive year of recent, fast-paced call center experience, and have a reliable, hardwired internet connection. This position offers remote interviews, a comprehensive paid training program, and the exciting potential for future permanent employment.

Please note: Candidates must be able to attend a mandatory first-day orientation in person in Phoenix and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Fully remote after 1st day orientation that is onsite.

Responsibilities

? Answering incoming phone calls in a fast paced environment
? Resolving Tier 1 level issues
? Reviewing taxpayer accounts
? Verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key information
? Educating taxpayers of online resources and current tax policies
? Submitting requests for payment arrangements
? Documenting actions taken into multiple systems
? Participating in all team engagement activities
? Meeting performance expectations
