We are searching for a talented restaurant District Manager for Charleston!  Fantastic GROWING Restaurant, opportunity for growth, fun culture and NO nights!!  Please note that out of state travel and previous multi unit experience is a requirement for this role.

Qualifications of Restaurant District Manager:

• 3+ years of current Restaurant District Management experience in a fast casual atmosphere, responsible for 5 plus locations.
• Great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry and people.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with hiring, training, and developing people.
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
• Maintains high levels of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
