CT Technologist

Shift: 4x10 days — primarily Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM On-call: Yes — 2–3 nights of call per week Weekends: Required (schedule-dependent)

Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks

Requirements

• Valid state license required
• ARRT (R) certification
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience with older GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Mobile x-ray and C-arm experience
• PACS use and basic radiation safety skills
• Peripheral IV starts and contrast prep

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and perform imaging, including contrast administration.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
• Administer and prepare contrast media for imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient-centric care.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to documentation standards.

Compliance / Notes

Approved time-off requests are handled individually; only 1 request per 13-week assignment. Candidates must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Facility-specific immunizations and orientations are required prior to assignment commencement. Submit necessary documentation including references (2 required covering 1 year within the last 3 years) at the time of application.
