We are a professional painting organization specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices, and condominiums. Responsibilities:

• Provide painting estimates for residential projects
• Diligent follow ups to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer
• Ensure that Lawn Signs are up in our Territory as per the Territory Marketing Plan.
• Participate in all Company sponsored Home Shows.
• Take pictures of difficult production situations and/or customer service concerns during the estimate.
• Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings.
• Update lead profiles, job profiles and proposals daily.
• Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor.
• Maintain and update all Point of Sale and Marketing Material.

Qualifications:

• Drivers License with clean driving record
• Sales experience
• History of accomplishments and promotions
• Great project and time management skills
• Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings, carpentry, drywall, and other construction (preferred)
• Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented, organized and energetic
