Leasing Agent
Centerpoint Apartments is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
- Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
- Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
Requirements:
- Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
- Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of multifamily leasing/property management experience
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, Fair Housing, and resident relations
- Familiarity with Baltimore City housing requirements and compliance preferred
- Experience with leasing software/RealPage preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and complete lease paperwork
- Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability as needed
