We are looking for dedicated Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) and Registered Nurses (RN) to provide vital home medical equipment support on a per-diem basis in the Jonesboro, Arkansas area. As a PRN provider, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine equipment needs.
• Educating patients and families on proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
• Performing equipment setup, including ventilators and other respiratory devices.
• Monitoring equipment function to ensure optimal operation.
• Communicating patient findings to physicians for appropriate care adjustments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
• Supporting patient adherence to prescribed therapy and equipment usage.

• Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas
• Coverage Area: Up to a 2-hour radius from Jonesboro
• Schedule: Flexible, on-demand — typically 1 day per week or every other week
• Compensation: $5 to $100 per service setup, with mileage reimbursement
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Must-Have:

• Active RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in Arkansas
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
• Previous experience in home respiratory care
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related health science
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
• Close vision to read small print on paperwork or devices
• Exposure to contagious pathogens, requiring proper safety precautions
• Occasional lifting and transporting of equipment
• Compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, including N95 mask fit testing and respirator use
