Junior Recruiter

The Junior Recruiter supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate screening, coordinating interview logistics, executing sourcing strategies, and maintaining recruitment processes. Working closely with Senior Recruiters, this role serves as the first point of contact for many candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience while building talent pipelines and supporting hiring initiatives. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for reviewing applications, conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, monitoring recruitment compliance, and utilizing market intelligence to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities Candidate Screening & Recruitment Support: Review applications to assess candidate qualifications, conduct initial outreach, coordinate phone screens with Senior Recruiters, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process. Provide candidates with information about employment opportunities, answer questions, schedule interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and customer-focused interactions. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Execute proactive sourcing strategies using recruiting platforms, job boards, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, respond to sourced candidates, coordinate phone screens, and track candidates from job fairs, networking events, eligible rehire lists, and internal transfer programs to support ongoing recruitment efforts. Recruitment Operations: Coordinate Senior Recruiter interview schedules and candidate activities to ensure service level expectations are met, maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards, monitor weekly recruitment metrics and compliance reports, and ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies and recruitment standards. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Senior Recruiters and Talent Acquisition team members to execute hiring strategies, participate in recruitment planning and team meetings, and maintain effective communication with candidates, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure a collaborative and seamless hiring experience. Qualifications High School Diploma Some clinical or recruiting experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. This role typically operates in a hybrid environment depending on organizational needs.
