Full-Time Retail Sales Associate $10.00 to $14.00 per hour. Earn up to 8% commission on transactions – average $3.78 per hour on top of base pay. Position Summary Seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. The associate partners with the entire store staff to ensure high‑quality customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, loans and other transactions, and maintaining merchandise displays. Responsibilities Greet and interact with all customers, building rapport and recommending appropriate financial solutions. Perform non‑management open/close procedures. Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays. Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Handle all cash and negotiable items per company policies and regulatory requirements. Answer incoming calls per company standards. Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers, demonstrating respect and using effective communication tools. Partner with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience. Complete assigned training successfully. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling and lifting. Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification as required. Prepared to assist customers externally or retrieve products from exterior storage areas. Minimum age 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented. Multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in basic math calculations. Cash handling experience preferred. Willingness to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate. Flexibility to work a retail schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Computer literacy and ability to operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and common office machines. Pawnbrokers can earn 2% to 8% commission based on the gross profit of individual performance. Details will be provided during the interview process.
