Assistant Program Care Supervisor | Western CT Assistant Program Care Supervisor – responsible for overseeing the care and support of clients with disabilities, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and client independence. Responsibilities Support clients with all aspects of home and community life. Ensure consistent safety and provide professional friendship. Assist with personal hygiene and dressing. Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments. Shop, cook, and clean with the client. Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment. Job Type Full-time or Part-time. Weekday and weekend schedules are available. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities (preferred, but not required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Minimum age 18 years.
