Position Summary You are the quality control detective, inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to make sure they meet customer requirements and workmanship standards.

Job Duties

• Review AOI output to assess PCBA quality
• Spot recurring manufacturing defects and collaborate with the SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve them
• Catch false calls and help fine-tune AOI programs
• Log defects in the MES system with precision
• Recommend documentation improvements for better quality outcomes
• Continue developing your inspection and AOI skills through hands-on training
• Assist with x-ray inspection as needed

Position Requirements

• An eye for detail you can spot what others might miss
• Solid visual inspection skills
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort working with data
• Patience and focus for detailed, repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of electronic components
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Willingness to grow IPC-610 certification required within 3-6 months (training provided)

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1+ year in a manufacturing environment
• Bonus: Experience working with SMT lines or inspection equipment
