Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

Moore Smiles of Beverly is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to support a steady flow of marketing and visual content for a professional healthcare practice in Chicago. This onsite role blends graphic creation, social media support, and day-to-day marketing coordination, with help maintaining basic website and technology needs for the practice. What you’ll do Create polished graphics for social media , flyers , advertisements , email campaigns , patient communications , and other promotional materials Assist in developing and scheduling content for Instagram , Facebook , and other social platforms Support digital advertising and marketing campaigns Keep branding consistent across marketing materials for Moore Smiles of Beverly Make basic updates to the practice website, including photos, text, links, services, and promotions Help troubleshoot basic issues related to the website, email, software, QR codes , and other technology needs Assist with online listings and other digital platforms Create or edit photos and promotional images Support email marketing and patient outreach campaigns Help promote dental services , special offers, community events, and patient education materials Track basic marketing results and suggest improvements to campaigns Organize digital files, graphics, marketing assets, and online content Key skills and experience Creative, visually detail-oriented approach to design and content Comfort using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Familiar with social media marketing Comfort working with websites and completing basic website edits Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and technology issues Knowledge of email marketing and digital advertising Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Comfort working in a professional healthcare environment Interest in bringing new marketing ideas to the practice Knowledge in areas such as SEO , Google Ads , Meta Ads , video editing, photography, AI marketing tools, basic HTML/CSS, or dental/healthcare marketing is a plus Tools you may use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Instagram, Facebook WordPress Google Ads, Meta Ads AI marketing tools, HTML/CSS Compensation and location $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Chicago, IL (onsite) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Experience is preferred in marketing, graphic design, social media, website management, IT support, or a related area.
