SAP FICO Consultant

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) SAP FICO Consultant would participate in SAP implementations for our clients from the initial design and discovery phase through the project implementation and support.You will act as a specialist to analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure in order to design state of the art integration solutions using the most recent web technologiesBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Qualified candidate must have 5+ years relevant SAP FICO experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience), with a minimum of 3+ years in support.•Must have participated in at least four or more successful SAP FICO project implementations.•Strong Technical background in SAP FICO solution development which includes all components of the FICO applications.•Expertize in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP ERP.•Strong knowledge in SAP FICO system configuration and SAP development including all the types of customizations•Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.•Strong leadership quality and the ability to lead a big team at offshore and onsite is a must•Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration/programming, testing, cutover and support.•Must be able to train new colleagues, mentor junior and customer resources.
