What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN patient care in outpatient and hospital settings, including consultations, examinations, and procedures
• Support and mentor advanced practice providers and nursing staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, midwives, and APPs
• Transition seamlessly between clinic duties and procedural responsibilities based on patient needs
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and ensure high-quality care delivery
• Support hospital coverage and urgent patient needs during backup calls

What You Need:

• Active Washington state medical license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA registration
• Board Certified in OB/GYN (USA) or eligible to obtain certification
• Minimum 2–3 years recent clinic and surgical experience
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to support both outpatient and hospital-based services

About the Assignment:

This position at a leading facility in Richland, WA, involves supporting a dynamic women's health program with opportunities to work across multiple care settings, including outpatient clinics, operating rooms, and ambulatory surgery centers. While preference is given to candidates who can cover all areas, coverage across at least two areas is required. You will work alongside experienced OB/GYNs, APPs, and certified nurse midwives, providing patient care, clinical consultation, and mentorship. The schedule offers flexibility with potential for full-time engagement, starting ASAP.
