Senior Property Accountant

Coda Search is partnering with a $2BN+ real estate firm that is seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant with offices located in Westchester County. This is a prominent New York firm that owns, operates, and develops over 200+ properties that are comprised of residential, commercial, hotels, and energy assets. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for overseeing their own portfolio of assets which will include preparing the monthly financial reporting package, budgets, forecasts, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups/pivots)
- Accrual-based accounting required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior property accounting experience is required
- Proactive attitude and analytical mindset
- Yardi or MRI experience a plus
