Processes incoming documents received through electronic fax queues, including appropriate routing, releasing of orders, and filing of results in accordance with established workflows and regulatory standards. Provides responsive and professional customer service by answering incoming telephone calls and assisting internal and external customers with inquiries related to medical records and document processing.**Primary Department, Division, or Unit:**Document Imaging and Projects, UHS Health Information Management**Primary Work Shift:**Day**Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours:**40**Compensation Range:**$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience-----**Education/Experience**Minimum Required:* High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred:* One (1) year previous experience in a clerical position.
