Licensed Veterinary Technician - Cat Care Clinic Cat Care Clinic is a feline-exclusive clinic offering exams, laboratory testing, radiology, surgery, and boarding. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday, with cat boarding available every day of the year. We seek a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVTV) to support our veterinarians in a full-time or part-time role. Salary : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location. Schedule : Four-day work week, including occasional Saturday. 35–40 hours per week. Location : 1105 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. Qualifications Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Washington or eligible to transfer/obtain license within 3 months of hire. Minimum 2 years experience working as a credentialed veterinary technician. Degree from an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred. Ability to assist veterinarians in the examination and treatment of cats. Strong medical records maintenance and reporting skills. Proficient in providing surgical support and monitoring anesthesia on feline patients, including high‑risk and medically complex cats. Comfortable handling of anxious or aggressive cats. Skilled in performing dental radiographs and dental prophylaxis, and advanced safe handling for digital radiographs. Experience performing ultrasound‑guided cystocentesis. Proficiency using in‑house laboratory equipment (Idexx/VetScan) and veterinary medical record management software. Excellent customer service, time‑management, and communication skills. Respectful of all team members and collaborative with the practice manager to develop educational programs and new operational protocols. Proactive in maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to veterinary medicine and practice management.
