Lead Maintenance Technician – Sunset Village Apartments
Pine Bluff, AR 71603
Sunset Village Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with strong apartment maintenance experience who can take charge, work independently, and keep the property running smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a candidate who knows multifamily maintenance inside and out.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily work orders in a timely manner
- Perform apartment make-readies including drywall, painting, cleaning, and repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective solutions
- Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with groundskeeping and overall property upkeep
- Complete trash outs and maintain curb appeal standards
- Manage inventory and maintenance supplies
- Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in
- Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Work independently while helping lead maintenance operations
Qualifications:
- Extensive apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of:
- Minor electrical
- Plumbing
- Troubleshooting
- Make readies
- Work orders
- Groundskeeping
- Inventory management
- HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions
