Customer Service Administrator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a company in Princeton, MN. In this role, youll support the team with data entry, administrative tasks, and customer service while helping ensure company systems and records remain accurate and organized. Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
Navigate multiple software platforms and databases
Process information and update records efficiently
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
Support internal departments with data and reporting needs
Handle customer phone calls and inquiries as experience and confidence grow
Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn new software systems quickly
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
