Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality of patient care while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient responses and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.
• Document all nursing activities thoroughly in accordance with facility policies.
• Comply with infection control policies and maintain safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar long-term care environments preferred.
• Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved religious or medical exemption.
• State or federal issued ID required to enter the facility.
