Order-to-Cash Operations Specialist

Your Impact
- Accurately capture and process customer orders using our order management system—speed and precision are your trademarks.
- Partner closely with sales, inventory, and shipping to meet fulfillment timelines.
- Track order progress and proactively provide status updates to customers.
- Analyze order data to spot trends and propose improvements.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, payments, or shipping variances.
- Keep customer records updated and complete within our databases.
- Assist in drafting and enhancing order management policies and SOPs.
- Provide documentation and support for audits and compliance tasks.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in order management or a comparable role.
- Proven analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
- Comfort working autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
