Full Time positions available from entry level to experienced Machine Operators in our Bear, DE facility. Shift One - 7:00 to 3:30 pm (Mon-Fri) Shift Two - 3:00 pm to 11:30 PM (Mon-Fri) Shift Three - 11:00 pm to 7:30 AM (Sun-Thu) Plant shifts listed above; specific shift assignments are subject to change due to availability or business needs Essential Functions: Set-up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials. Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification. Accurately record production data into the computer database. Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and elevate as needed Perform other duties as directed and assigned Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean‑up.
