Production Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on Production Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.


Position: Production Operator

Shift: 1st Shift - Flexible start times (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Pay: $18.52/hour

Location: Milford, NH

Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support a variety of manufacturing processes. This role involves working with materials, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions, material lists, and production schedules to complete assigned tasks
• Gather required materials, tools, and fixtures for each job
• Perform basic assembly and production operations
• Monitor processes and make adjustments when needed to maintain quality
• Inspect finished products and properly package or store completed items
• Label products accurately and complete required documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and production records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report any production or quality issues to leadership
• Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or on a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
