Your mission

Be the go-to expert who keeps production moving. You’ll interpret schematics and OEM manuals, use precision instruments to diagnose issues, and restore equipment to spec. From welding a quick fix to commissioning a new machine, your craftsmanship and data-driven decisions will minimize downtime and keep our lines safe and efficient.

Schedule & pay

• Work hours: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Hourly rate: $35.84–$38.68 + $3.25 shift differential (DOE/qualifications)

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain production machinery using hand/power tools and precision testing/measurement gear per diagrams, sketches, manuals, and manufacturer specs.
• Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic/pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Perform welding when needed to support maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and commission new machines following established procedures.
• Conduct routine technical testing to validate equipment safety and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze machine data to identify trends and recommend actions that reduce downtime.
• Create, prioritize, and close work orders in a CMMS and maintain accurate records.
• Leverage an expert-level understanding of production equipment to guide decisions.

What you bring

• Two-year associate degree preferred; minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience required.
• Comfort using a computer to look up parts and document work in a CMMS.

Physical realities & screenings

• Comfort with long periods of standing; periods of sitting; manual dexterity; stooping and bending.
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
