A global institutional asset manager is seeking a professional to oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution across the firm, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. The role involves leading, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The candidate will contribute to the strategic direction and long-term growth of the Client Reporting and Performance function with a focus on modernization and scalability. Additionally, the position requires managing and delivering change initiatives and project work in partnership with Technology and other stakeholders. The individual will own the relationship with global counterparts, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of standards, and effective cross-regional delivery. Close partnership with Investment teams, Client teams, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance is essential to enhance reporting quality, system reliability, automation, and overall operational scalability.

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering; an advanced degree or CFA is preferred. The candidate should have ~8+ years of relevant industry experience including prior people management or team leadership. A solid understanding of capital markets and the investment management industry, with fixed income experience preferred, is required. Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and attribution models is necessary. Proven experience with performance calculations across asset classes and strategies is essential. Familiarity with client reporting delivery within an investment management organization is also required. The candidate should have a strong mindset focused on improving efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation. Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail are crucial. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior management and global stakeholders are essential. Experience with Bloomberg and FactSet; SQL, VBA, or other programming experience is a plus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
