We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic specializing in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema care. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior cancer rehab or lymphedema experience is requiredfull certification training and mentorship will be provided. The ideal candidate is passionate about educating and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, promoting functional independence, quality of life, and overall wellness. Therapists enjoy full one-hour, one-on-one patient sessions and generous continuing education support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines
• Prepare and submit clinical documentation and progress summaries
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment with supportive documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
