Senior Manager, Senior Counsel - Card Data Models Decisioning Credit (Hybrid)

* Strategic Counseling: Act as a thought partner to business clients, providing proactive, business-minded legal advice.* Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks associated with AI, alternative data sources, and model development, ensuring we balance innovation with compliance.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Business Risk Office, Compliance, and other Legal stakeholders to develop creative solutions and resolve issues.* Navigating Complexity: Master the full landscape of relevant laws and apply them to novel problem solving for new technology, models, and data.* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school* Active member in good standing of at least one state bar* At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency* At least 2 years experience with AI, machine learning, data science, or model development* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning* 5+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, in-house legal department or government agency.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
