Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Fleet Service Center Supervise and direct tire technicians and mechanics Perform opening/closing procedures; key holder responsibilities Provide customer service (in-person, phone, email) Assist with repairs and act as lead mechanic if qualified Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and verification Ensure diagnostic inspections and final quality checks Position Requirements What you need to know and have Valid driver's license and clean driving record 5+ years of management experience and truck/tire maintenance Heavy Duty Truck Repair certifications (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
