Sr Internal Auditor

Senior Internal Auditor Job Location: This is a HYBRID position located in Malvern, PA. Responsibilities Lead and execute risk‑based internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operations, and compliance Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks; develop practical, value‑added recommendations Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior leadership and stakeholders Partner with business leaders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings Perform data analysis and leverage audit tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation Assist with external audit coordination and regulatory examinations, as needed Mentor and review the work of junior auditors, providing coaching and development Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA / CIA or other professional certification preferred Experience 2–7+ years of internal audit, external audit, or related experience Experience in public accounting (e.g., Big 4) strongly preferred Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO) Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
