OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cordova, TN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Accept nationwide dry-van OTR assignments with HMD from Cordova, TN, hauling consistent freight lanes that support steady miles and on-time performance. Equipment is late-model and driver-friendly—APUs, inverters and sleepers are standard—and maintenance is handled in-house to keep you moving.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company tractors on long-haul OTR routes, adhering to hours-of-service and ELD requirements.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects and maintain clean inspection records.
• Work with dispatch to manage routes, deliveries and paperwork efficiently.

Requirements & Benefits:

• CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Starting pay 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and safety/inspection/referral bonuses.
