Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel. Enjoy excellent work/life balance in an outpatient-only practice supported by a hospitalist service. Call is 1:14, outpatient call only, with the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center taking first call after hours. You will join 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, with embedded services such as care management, social work, and behavioral health. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm, with an option to work on Saturday. H1B and J1 visa applications are accepted.

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-305,000. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Required qualifications include being a physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state, licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable, board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies), eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs, and meeting all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
