MD, Advisor Transitions & Integration Strategy

Cresset

Cresset is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Advisor Transitions & Integration to oversee advisor and client transitions from due diligence through full integration. You will define strategy, operating model, governance, and execution standards while embedding with advisory teams, custodians, and partners. The role requires leading complex, multi-workstream integrations in wealth management, with high visibility and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
