- Clear path into Assistant Project Manager role
- Exposure to multiple projects and different scopes early in your career
- Strong mentorship from experienced PMs on high-volume work
- Work on recognizable commercial and retail brands
- 1–4 years of experience with a commercial GC (internship experience counts)
- Experience supporting PMs with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Interest in TI, interiors, or commercial construction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Desire to grow into a full Project Manager role
