Job Description
Seeking a skilled imaging professional with CT expertise to support patient care over the weekend. This contract position offers a consistent night shift schedule for individuals who are eager to make a difference in medical diagnostics.
Schedule:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m. (12-hour night shifts)
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification required
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated experience operating CT equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure
- Accurately document imaging results and patient interactions in electronic medical records
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting minor issues as they arise
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies regarding infection control, radiation safety, and patient confidentiality
